The $1,530.00 fee includes the filing fee ($299.00) a credit report ($30) and 12 months of credit monitoring after your bankruptcy discharge. We can also offer a flexible payment plan and can begin working on your case with as little as a $250.00 down payment. The fixed flat fee for your bankruptcy filing will include the following:

1. A free consultation with a bankruptcy attorney.
2. Access to a bankruptcy attorney seven days week.
3. An attorney to accompany you to the 341 meeting (meeting of the creditors).
4. Filing suggestions of bankruptcy to stop any pending state court matters.
5. Negotiation and review of reaffirmation agreements (Cars, Boats, Etc.).
6. Twelve months of credit monitoring service after your bankruptcy is filed.
